Recorded Lecture: Art Model Training (for new models)

SO, YOU WANNA BE AN ART MODEL??

Training is NOT a requirement to become an art model. However...you can avoid messy situations and perhaps maximize the amount of work you can get if you DO arm yourself with some training!

Below are three options I provide for you, should you choose to take my advice (remember: you get what you pay for):

1) GROUP WORKSHOP I provide periodic group workshops through Gage Academy of Art in Seattle! The last one was scheduled for August 17, 2024 from 9:30am-1:30pm. We spent the first 3 hours getting acquainted, learning some tips/tricks about finding/choosing poses, learning what artists look for in models, learn how to prevent/heal from modeling injuries, practice actually posing for & drawing from each other, touring the building (for those of you hoping to join the official Gage Model Roster, this helps with the onboarding process), and more! During the last hour, we practiced poses in front of actual artists! 2) ONE-ON-ONE COACHING I also provide one-on-one coaching for models/potential models who either cannot attend the group workshop(s) or want more personalized attention. If you are interested in this option, you can register here:
